Account Deletion & Data Purge Policy

You can delete your LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and will remove your personalized training history and synchronized data.

Delete in the App

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the mobile application:

Navigate to: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Then confirm the request to permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data.

Delete Outside the App

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us via email:

Please include the email address associated with your account in the request. Deletion requests submitted by email are typically processed within 2 business days.

What Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach removes your account data from its active systems, including:

Authentication account data (Firebase Authentication)
Synced workout logs and fitness records
Custom workout plans and routines
Nutrition and hydration records
Body metrics and progress records
AI usage history stored by the application
Subscription documents stored in our backend
Local app data and cached files (removed by the app on your device)

Important Retention Information

Some records may remain outside the active systems of LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach for legal or operational reasons:

Support and Feedback Messages

Support, feedback, or bug-report messages you previously submitted may remain in our support processing inbox for up to 3 months before being purged.

Billing and Purchase Records

Transaction-related records are retained by platform providers (Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat) according to their own legal requirements and retention policies.

Provider-Managed Backups

If infrastructure providers (like Firebase) maintain disaster-recovery backups, those copies are removed according to the provider's own backup retention lifecycle and are not used for active operations.
