1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
We use Google Sign-In and Firebase for authentication. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms.

3. AI Coaching and Insights

LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide workout recommendations and nutrition insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content can contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI advice for safety-critical fitness decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payments, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective app store.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the data you enter (workout logs, photos, measurements). By using the app, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the app's services. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The LiftMind name, logo, and app code are the property of the developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftMind - AI Fitness Coach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including physical injury or health issues resulting from the use of workout plans generated or tracked by the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the app or on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination
